Upon termination, Winwin will pay out any remaining verified funds in the Customer’s account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification checks. Where required, funds may be held until satisfactory documentation is provided.
These Terms and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction or, at Winwin’s option, by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in the licensing jurisdiction. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Winwin regarding the Services and supersede any prior understandings.
